Ms

I also ordered a "free" trial of Premier Green Coffee and colon cleanse. I did not read anything about a re occurring charge or "subscription " to receive more product. I was able to contact them but only by going back to my credit card statement where their telephone number looked like a reference number, like they were trying to hide it. I feel this is a scam. They make the return process very difficult and even try to keep you from sending it back by offering you an employee discount ( 50%). I was told my refund (less a restocking fee mind you) may take up to a month! Wow.... I'll never fall for anything like this again!

I too fell into this and called the number. I spoke with a very nice young man who was able to cancel both of the accounts for the Garcinia and the Green Coffee.

He gave me a 50% refund that he says I should see in 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, the majority of people don't read the agreement before completing the order for the "free" product. I did say that it was a sneaky practice due to this bad habit most consumers have of NOT reading the agreement. That is what they count on.

They obviously don't care if the product works or not. They look only at the dollar value coming into their business.

READ ALL AGREEMENTS when you think you are ordering something FREE. It obviously isn't!!!!

I was met with the same shocking revelation when I saw my online bank account today. I called the company using the number provided in the initial trial email notice, explained my confusion and said that I would be returning the product (both) and expected a full refund.

I was then told about the restocking charge, offered the 50% discount and informed that the refund could take up to 30 days. I said that I would be returning the product tomorrow with a tracking bar code and that I would also be getting delivery confirmation.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for the shipment to get to them.

Have you gotten a refund? The ad also offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Did you ever get the free sample? I did not.

You guys are dumb

I work for as a agent for the company, meaning I take calls from people that dont read the terms and conditions at all, when you dont even have to click on the link to get to them there is a paragraph on the check out page stating what will happen after the trial, its not fraud, I would admit it is kind of scamy but if you would have just looked to see what youre buying you wouldnt be charged at all, so if you do get charged, take responsibility, half you guys act like children on the phone, what would you do if youre children followed in your steps?

Real nice that and agent for the company is calling the customers dumb.

I did read the disclaimer and called before the 14 days to cancel. I was still charged and no product was sent.

Now when I call I get a "end of call" message and a hang up.

Great way to scam a lot of people quickly!

No not dumb, just deceived, and mislead. I never received a 14 day sample so the ad was false!

Company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and it does not look like they honor that! False advertising! So sorry you don't like you job, but customer service is not easy. Your statements about your companies customers is disrespectful and obviously reflects a company attitude towards their customer.

No customers, no business, no job! It will all catch up to you!
